What do you think about RIM having decided to get into the consumer market in a big way, then dumping a bunch of poor build quality phones on us that have a buggy os? What about the co-ceo telling us to "get used to it"?
As far as I'm concerned, they don't need to have such a lack of concern for quality when in a fierce competitive market their competition is already offering such exceptional pieces as the Pre and N97.
