Looking to Trade X360 for PSP & a DS

I have a X360 with wirless controller, brick, power supply, rca connectors, call of duty world at war, splinter cell, and sonic tennis plus Bestbuys extended warranty all which I paid for more than $300. I have owned it since christmas and have only played it twice. Since I have very little time to play I thought a PSP would be a better fit for me. Let me know.
